Training & Resources

RSA values education and training. We have developed a variety of evidence-informed training opportunities including workshops and multiple session programs specific to supporting and understanding the needs of people with an intellectual disability.  Our RSA workshop series covers topics around how different mental health issues present in people with intellectual disability, and introductions to the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis.  We are also pleased to be able to offer our 5-day Advanced Behaviour Training course and the multi-week Applied Behaviour Analysis course to add to our training calendar. These offerings are regularly updated by our interdisciplinary team of in-house trainers to help support the ongoing professional development of those who support adults with intellectual disabilities.
